Closing Date for entries for the McCarthy Insurance Group Munster Junior Cup is Friday 12th August 2022.

1. The entry fee is €50
2. Forms will be accepted by Post only when entry is being paid by Cheque or Postal Order.
3. Forms will be accepted by email or post when entry is being paid by Bank Transfer
   • When paying by bank transfer please include reference to the Munster Junior Cup and the team entering.
4. Scanned entry form will only be accepted by email in PDF format.
