Updated FAI Player Registration Form & FAI Player Transfer Form 2021

With thanks to Peter Travers in the Cork Business League and Leslie Doyle in the Munster Senior League, new versions of the FAI Registration & Transfer forms have been approved today by the Football Association of Ireland for ease of use and uploading to FAInet for all affiliated leagues in Ireland, not just the CBL or the MSL. Both forms are now to be used as the official FAI forms going forward and replace any older versions in circulation.
