The Sports Gear Direct Cork Business League Premier Division and First Divisions structures for the 2019-2020 season have been confirmed.
The Premier Division is made up of the following 8 teams:

Each team will play each other twice.

The First Division is made up of the following 11 teams:

Note: At the end of the 2019 – 2020 season, there will be 1 team relegated from the Premier Division and at least 3 teams promoted from the First Division to the Premier Division. The CBL Management Committee has absolute power when deciding how to structure (or re-structure) the divisions to keep and uphold the integrity of the League.
