• If level after 90 minutes, the game goes straight to penalties
• 2 points for a Penalty Shoot-out Group Stage win
• 0 points for a Penalty Shoot-out Group Stage loss
• If two teams are level on points at the end of the group stage, it goes down to head-to-head result
• If more than two teams are level on points at the end of the group stage, it goes down to head-to-head-to-head.
