FAI Player Registration Window Opens 1st July 2025
The Player Registration & Re-Registration window for the Cork Business League opens from 1st July – 23rd September 2025.

FOR THE PURPOSES OF THE CBL SHORT SEASON 2025 – WE ARE STILL PLAYING IN THE STANDARD WINTER SEASON

- Players may be registered for a maximum of three (3) clubs during the current season.
- During this period, the Player is only eligible to play in Official Matches for two (2) clubs.
- As an exception to this rule, a Player moving between two (2) clubs belonging to Associations with overlapping seasons (i.e. start of the season in summer/autumn as opposed to winter/spring) may be eligible to play in official matches for a third club during the relevant season, provided he or she has fully complied with his or her contractual obligations towards his previous club.

Club Registration Periods
Standard/Winter Season (1st July to 30th June)
a) The first Club registration period is from 1st July to 23rd September (where a player registered with a Club is registering with a different club).

Periods for the Assignment of Players to a Competition
Standard/Winter Season (1st July to 30th June)
- Players that are not assigned to a Competition may only be assigned to a Competition during the period from 1st July to 31st March (inclusive).
