Cork Business League & a.chara’s Charity Fitness Competition in aid of The Dementia Alliance of North Cork
On November 29th 2024, at 7pm, the Cork Business League and a.chara, are hosting a fitness competition to support “The Dementia Alliance of North Cork.” Clubs, Committee Members and Referees in the Cork Business League are invited to participate, making this an event full of community spirit, friendly competition, and support for an important cause. Team Structure:
Each team will consist of 3 members. We’re aiming for between 6 to 12 teams to participate.
Fundraising Requirement:
Each team is encouraged to raise a minimum of €50, but all contributions are welcome, and we encourage teams to be as generous as possible.
Competition Details:
- Equipment: Three machines (ski, bike, rower) will be used.
- Workout Structure: Teams will compete in a 30-minute session, with each machine featuring as a “station”. Points will be tallied and tracked by Revelate’s fitness IT platform for real-time, on-screen tracking. All will be explained on the night.
- Scoring and Rewards: The team with the highest score at the end will win a Referees Fee from the Cork Business League and receive special prizes on the night.
